This Privacy Policy describes how Zipp ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses,
and shares information about you when you use the Zipp platform — including the Zipp Go (customer),
Zipp Driver, Zipp Business, and Zipp Admin mobile applications, and any related services
(collectively, the "Service").
By using any part of the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information described
in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
- First name, last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Password (stored as a bcrypt hash — never in plain text)
- User role (customer, driver, business owner, business employee, admin)
- Preferred language
Address and location information
- Customers: Saved delivery addresses (latitude, longitude, address label) you add to your account.
- Drivers: Precise GPS location collected in the foreground and background while you are active on a delivery. Location updates are throttled (minimum 5-metre movement, 10-second interval). Location data is used to display your position to customers and admins and to calculate delivery ETAs.
- Admins: Coarse device location used to center the map view.
Order and transaction information
- Items ordered, quantities, applied options and variants
- Order total, promotions applied, delivery fee
- Payment method (cash on delivery)
- Delivery address, order timestamps, order status history
- Driver notes (text you add to an order)
Device and technical information
- Push notification tokens (FCM for Android, APNs for iOS) to send you order and delivery alerts
- Live Activity tokens (iOS only) for real-time lock-screen order tracking
- Device platform (iOS / Android) and app type
- Battery level (drivers only) — used to detect and warn about low-battery during deliveries
- App version and runtime channel
Camera and microphone
- Drivers: Camera access to photograph proof-of-delivery when required. Microphone access to receive push-to-talk voice dispatches from operations.
Usage and behavioral data
- In-app navigation patterns, feature interactions, timestamps of key events (order placed, driver assigned, delivered)
- Audit log entries for sensitive administrative actions (admin apps only)

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:
- With other users: Your name and real-time location (drivers only) are shared with customers and admins during an active delivery. Customers' first name and delivery address are shared with the assigned driver.
- With businesses: When you place an order, the business receives your name, order details, and any driver notes.
- With third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity.
4. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists.
- If you delete your account, your personal information (name, phone number, address) is immediately anonymized, your push notification tokens are deleted, and your saved addresses are deleted. Your email address is replaced with an irreversible placeholder. Order records are retained in anonymized form for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
- Refresh token sessions expire after 30 days and are automatically purged.
- Audit logs are retained for operational and fraud prevention purposes.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data. You can also do this directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account). Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Objection / Restriction: Object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.

6. Location Data
The Zipp Driver app requires background location access to track delivery progress and calculate
real-time ETAs. Location collection begins when you start a delivery and stops when the delivery
is completed or you go offline. You can revoke location permissions at any time in your device
settings; doing so will prevent you from completing deliveries.
Customer and Admin apps use location only in the foreground, to set a delivery address or center a map.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately
and we will delete it.
8. Security
We protect your data using industry-standard measures: passwords are hashed with bcrypt, tokens
are signed with HS256 and stored as SHA-256 hashes, and all data is transmitted over HTTPS/WSS.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any
changes. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

3. Si i Ndajmë të Dhënat Tuaja
Ne nuk i shesim të dhënat tuaja personale. I ndajmë të dhënat vetëm si më poshtë:
- Me përdoruesit e tjerë: Emri juaj dhe vendndodhja në kohë reale (vetëm shoferët) ndahen me klientët dhe administratorët gjatë një dorëzimi aktiv. Emri i klientit dhe adresa e dorëzimit ndahen me shoferrin e caktuar.
- Me bizneset: Kur vendosni një porosi, biznesi merr emrin tuaj, detajet e porosisë dhe çdo shënim të shoferit.
- Me ofruesit e shërbimeve të palëve të treta që përpunojnë të dhëna në emrin tonë:

4. Ruajtja e të Dhënave
- Të dhënat e llogarisë aktive ruhen për aq kohë sa ekziston llogaria juaj.
- Nëse fshini llogarinë tuaj, informacioni juaj personal (emri, numri i telefonit, adresa) anonimizоhet menjëherë, tokenat e njoftimeve push fshihen dhe adresat e ruajtura hiqen përgjithmonë. Adresa juaj e emailit zëvendësohet me një zëvendësues të pakthyeshëm. Të dhënat e porosisë ruhen në formë anonime për qëllime kontabiliteti dhe pajtueshmërie ligjore.
- Sesionet e token-ave të rifreskimit skadojnë pas 30 ditësh dhe pastrohen automatikisht.
- Regjistrat e auditimit ruhen për qëllime operative dhe parandalimi të mashtrimit.
5. Të Drejtat Tuaja
Në varësi të vendndodhjes suaj, mund të keni të drejtat e mëposhtme lidhur me të dhënat tuaja personale:
- Aksesi: Kërkoni një kopje të të dhënave personale që mbajmë për ju.
- Korrigjimi: Kërkoni nga ne të korrigjojmë të dhëna të pasakta ose të paplota.
- Fshirja: Kërkoni fshirjen e llogarisë dhe të dhënave personale. Mund ta bëni këtë drejtpërdrejt në aplikacion (Profili → Fshi Llogarinë). Fshirja është e menjëhershme dhe e pakthyeshme.
- Portabilitetit: Kërkoni të dhënat tuaja në një format të strukturuar dhe të lexueshëm nga makinat.
- Kundërshtimi / Kufizimi: Kundërshtoni ose kërkoni kufizimin e aktiviteteve të caktuara të përpunimit.

6. Të Dhënat e Vendndodhjes
Aplikacioni Zipp Driver kërkon akses të vendndodhjes në sfond për të gjurmuar progresin e dorëzimit dhe
për të llogaritur kohën e mbëritjes në kohë reale. Mbledhja e vendndodhjes fillon kur filloni një dorëzim
dhe ndalon kur dorëzimi përfundon ose shkoni jashtë linje. Mund të revokoni lejet e vendndodhjes në çdo
kohë në cilësimet e pajisjes suaj; kjo do të parandalojë përfundimin e dorëzimeve.
Aplikacionet e Klientit dhe Administratorit përdorin vendndodhjen vetëm në plan të parë, për të vendosur një adresë dorëzimi ose për të centruar një hartë.
7. Privatësia e Fëmijëve
Shërbimi nuk drejtohet tek fëmijët nën moshën 13 vjeç. Ne nuk mbledhim me dije informacion personal
nga fëmijët. Nëse besoni se kemi mbledhur të dhëna nga një fëmijë, na kontaktoni menjëherë dhe do t'i fshijmë.
8. Siguria
I mbrojmë të dhënat tuaja duke përdorur masa të standardeve të industrisë: fjalëkalimet janë hashuar me bcrypt,
token-at nënshkruhen me HS256 dhe ruhen si hash-e SHA-256, dhe të gjitha të dhënat transmetohen përmes HTTPS/WSS.
Asnjë metodë transmetimi mbi internet nuk është 100% e sigurt dhe ne nuk mund të garantojmë siguri absolute.
9. Ndryshimet në këtë Politikë
Mund ta përditësojmë këtë politikë herë pas here. Data "Përditësuar" në krye do të pasqyrojë çdo ndryshim.
